Nathan Masters - Founder At 17 Nathan joined the Australian Army. At 18 he was married. These were the life choices that would define the next decade of his life for good or bad. Nathan focused heavily on his career development rather than personal happiness and did not realise that his personal relationships were not only suffering, but not compatible with him or for what he wanted in life. In 2011, Nathan was posted to Jakarta, Indonesia as First Secretary (Political) engaged in counter-terrorism working alongside Indonesian authorities. This posting served as a catalyst for a complete life change. Firstly, with a divorce and finally leaving government service in early 2014. While continuing to consult as a leadership, management and security expert, Nathan opened CrossFit Wanderlust in Bali with a close friend. Through making positive changes to peoples’ physical health and fitness, Nathan realised he had the training, experience and desire to help people in other aspects of their lives. This was where the idea of Level UP was born.
